Concierge, Storm and Emergency Services
Meet Service/Deliveries:
Open Home/Lock Up - $60.00 per visit
Meet Service Provider & Stay Onsite - $50.00 per hour
Homecoming & Departure Concierge:
$100 flat fee per trip + cost of groceries (or $50/hour for custom errands)
Pre-Arrival: We adjust the AC to your preferred temperature, turn on the main water supply and ice maker, unstack patio cushions, and restock the kitchen with your grocery list.
Post-Departure: We dispose of leftover food, empty the trash, adjust utilities for efficiency and bring outdoor decor inside.
